Life cycle of Lepidoptera

Last volatile form not only allows colonized new areas, but it is a form of reproducing. After mating females lay eggs (one or more) for a specific plant species or in another place, which is also food for the caterpillars.

The eggs hatch caterpillars - larvae, elongated forms, whose body is covered with chitin-I rings. The caterpillar is like a living tube, whose primary function is the absorption of huge amounts of food. This creature also has developed senses, to avoid the threat of multiple attackers.
